About The Position

Hamburger Hut, the laid-back, high-energy heart of Leucadia, is looking for a dynamic and organized Front of House (FOH) Manager to lead our crew. We're known for our breezy outdoor vibes, the best smash burgers in town, and a hospitality standard that keeps the good times rolling. If you're a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses a sharp eye for detail, and knows how to keep a patio full of happy guests humming, we want you at the helm!

Requirements

• Previous management experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant or outdoor venue.
• The ability to stay cool and decisive when the weekend rush hits and the line is out the door.
• A charismatic, approachable personality that fits our local, beach-town culture.
• You notice the small things-a wobbly table, a long ticket time, or a teammate who needs a hand-and you fix them before they become issues.
• A commitment to the grind, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid RBS certification and a Food Manager card are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring our signature sun-soaked, high-energy atmosphere is maintained from open to close.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a hardworking FOH crew. You'll be the coach on the floor-setting the pace, correcting course in real-time, and fostering a "team-first" culture.
• Act as the face of the Hut. You'll handle guest relations with grace, turning hiccups into high-fives and ensuring every local feels like a regular.
• Manage service, coordinate with the kitchen for seamless "smash burger" flow, and oversee labor costs to keep the business as crisp as our fries.
• Ensure the patio, bar, and dining areas are spotless and compliant with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
• Assist in inventory management, administrative tasks, and contributing ideas to grow the Hamburger Hut brand within the community.
