Requirements
- Fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
Responsibilities
- Supervise Server staff including Host/Hostess and Service Assistant (clean-up) staff
- Supervise and Co-ordinate Service Assistant Staff with Dishwashing and Kitchen Cleaning
- Monitor and supervise food service, quality and food safe standards
- Monitor and enforce work safe standards in the Front of House.
- Training and development of staff – job training, work safety, and hazardous materials
