FOH LEAD SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)
About The Position
Fresh Ideas Management is hiring a full-time FOH Lead Supervisor at Purdue University in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The role monitors the food service operation to ensure the production of top-quality products and service. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with hours that may vary and weekends as needed. Pay is $20.00 to $23.00 per hour. Two years of hospitality experience is preferred. Responsibilities
- Manage inventory to maintain high valuation and minimize waste.
- Ensure staff stay on task, quality assurance standards are met, and the operation is clean and organized.
- Monitor marketing and confirm signage is current and appropriate.
- Uphold policies and procedures to meet company and client expectations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
