As a Federal Market Solutions Application Technician, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. You will make an impact by troubleshooting challenges presented within a complex system of tools and applications residing on/within a government cloud environment, assist with troubleshooting issues with government testers and internal support teams, perform daily monitoring of the 360e Production environments to ensure all production pillars are functioning properly and report any issues for resolution, and participate in annual and ad hoc technical assessments. You will also perform provisioning of new users roles to the production and non-production environments and perform 360e system feature and regulatory updates on a quarterly basis with the sustainment team to all production and non-production environments, which includes some weekend work as well as performing patches, hotfixes, and other change request updates. You will perform other related tasks on an ad hoc basis in support of Solventum Federal Market Solutions. Must be located in the United States and a US Citizen and be able to pass a Government background check for a position of Public Trust.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university with focus on Information Technology and minimum of five (5) years of experience in Information Technology in a private, public, government or military environment OR High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and a minimum of (11) eleven years of combined experience in information Technology in a private, public, government or military environment.
  • Ability to pass a government background check for Public Trust.
  • Ability and willingness to effectively document technical work and present results.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with IL3 and IL4, RMF, ATOs, FedRAMP and the 3PAO process.
  • Knowledgeable in firewall configuration, authentication principles, and digital certificates.
  • Detail-oriented with analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with secure software systems.
  • Experience analyzing and documenting processes.
  • Skilled in HL7, Agile, Six Sigma Scrum and AWS architecture.
  • Experience with Solventum Coding & Reimbursement or Solventum 360 Encompass implementation and sustainment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Project and MS Office skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with and understanding of the federal government health care environment, to include the DoD and VA.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle large and sometimes complex workload under time constraints.
