About The Position

This position will be a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program supporting the International Field Sustainment Directorate within the Aviation and Missile Command Security Assistance Management Directorate at Redstone Arsenal.

Requirements

  • Foreign Military Sales (FMS) experience
  • Program management or project coordination experience
  • Government financial management knowledge
  • Logistics and supply chain experience
  • Strong written communication and correspondence skills
  • Experience with military or government organizations
  • Ability to work with international partners
  • Attention to detail and regulatory compliance
  • 3 years’ experience in FMS or job-related experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative, programmatic, and logistical support for international military customers through the Foreign Military Sales process.
  • Case Development – Helping define customer requirements and develop FMS cases.
  • Case Writing – Preparing and maintaining FMS documentation and case packages.
  • Financial Management – Tracking funding, expenditures, and financial reporting.
  • Repair & Return – Coordinating repair programs and return of equipment.
  • Parts Requisitioning – Managing requests and procurement of replacement parts.
  • Program Management Review Support – Assisting with briefings, reviews, and status reporting.
  • FMS Taskers – Responding to action items, data calls, and management requests.
  • Foreign Visit Requests – Coordinating visits by foreign military personnel and delegations.
  • U.S. Army Correspondence – Drafting and processing official military correspondence.
