FMS Analyst Mission Coordinator

About The Position

The Mission Coordinator will perform a wide range of analytical and administrative tasks for FMS Programs. This role requires the ability to develop and maintain various program documents, schedules, and databases, including briefing charts, program spreadsheets, Security Assistance Enterprise (SAE) program schedules, Integrated Master Schedules, programmatic databases, and financial spreadsheets. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of organizational policies, supporting document control systems, coordinating communications, conducting research, drafting executive-level correspondence, managing schedules, and preparing/proofreading various documents and reports. Additionally, the role involves assisting with hand receipts, budgets, invoices, expenses, and supporting special projects and other administrative duties. Some travel is required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain briefing charts, program spreadsheets, Security Assistance Enterprise (SAE) program schedules, and Integrated Master Schedules.
  • Organize and develop internal filing processes and programmatic databases.
  • Maintain and develop financial spreadsheets for FMS Programs and office applications.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of organizational policies and procedures.
  • Support the development and maintenance of document control systems.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications.
  • Conduct research and prepare briefing materials and/or background documents.
  • Draft executive-level correspondence with clarity and professionalism.
  • Manage and maintain SAE executives’ schedules for stakeholder and executive level engagements.
  • Prepare, proofread, and format correspondence (IAW AR 25-50), reports, and presentations.
  • Assist in the preparation and tracking of hand receipts, budgets, invoices, and expenses.
  • Support special projects and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
