About The Position

PeopleTec is currently seeking a FMS Analyst to support our Huntsville, AL location. The candidate will serve as a Programmatic and Logistics Specialist supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS) activities for PAE Fires/ Advanced Fires Prototyping Office (AFPO) weapon systems. This role involves full‑spectrum case development, execution, and sustainment in coordination with international partners, U.S. Government stakeholders, and industry.

Requirements

  • Ability to travel 10–20% , including OCONUS travel as required.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • An active DoD Secret clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Secret clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required to support program reviews, training events, and customer engagements.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Missile Systems or related program offices.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with international partners and senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Foreign Military Sales , Defense Acquisition , and interagency coordination.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple concurrent tasks.
  • Prior DoD civilian, military, or defense contractor experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with foreign governments or in international environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) in response to Letters of Request (LOR) from multiple international FMS customers.
  • Support end‑to‑end case development for assigned weapon system platforms, ensuring compliance with DoD, DSCA, and service‑specific policies.
  • Generate and coordinate Price, Availability, and Serviceability (PAS) data sheets.
  • Utilize the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS) to create, update, and manage LORs/LOAs.
  • Conduct programmatic reviews within various FMS and logistics systems to identify risks, track progress, and provide status updates to leadership.
  • Manage day‑to‑day case execution activities, ensuring timely delivery of equipment, services, and training.
  • Respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) from international customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Track and coordinate the shipment of Missile system equipment , resolving transportation or documentation issues as they arise.
  • Support and participate in Program Management Reviews (PMRs) , Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs), Working Groups, and other customer‑facing engagements.
  • Coordinate training events, logistics support activities, and sustainment actions across government agencies and industry partners.
