Ruppert Landscape is a privately held commercial landscape maintenance and construction company based in Laytonsville, MD. With a multi-state presence and a small company feel, our mission is to provide opportunities for our people, take care of our customers, and be good stewards of the environment and our community. We are hiring a Flower Detail Specialist to join our Johns Island Maintenance branch. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Flower Detail Specialist to maintain and enhance the appearance of a meticulously landscaped, multi-use property. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in hands-on outdoor work and has an eye for maintaining vibrant, healthy plant displays.
Requirements
- Experience with plant care, landscaping, or horticulture preferred
- Familiarity with irrigation systems (drip lines a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Dependable and able to work independently

Responsibilities
- Perform daily flower detailing to ensure beds, planters, and displays remain pristine
- Water plants, flower beds, and landscaped areas as needed
- Monitor plant health and report concerns promptly
- Conduct minor repairs and maintenance on drip irrigation systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and work areas
- Collaborate with property management to uphold high aesthetic standards
