About The Position

Pursuit Aerospace is seeking top-notch candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment, are looking for a good challenge, and are dedicated to creating and developing superior customer relationships. In this Flow Line Technician role, you will be responsible for various manufacturing processes and ensuring the quality of aircraft engine components. This is a full-time role with a specific weekend shift schedule.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time bases without sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.

  • Enthusiasm to learn about and participate in Kaizen and single piece flow
  • Must be able to read and work from work order instructions

Responsibilities

  • Deburr, Countersink, Ream
  • Marking, Assembly
  • Bending, Blanking, Forming
  • Inspect own work using basic inspection equipment and quick-check gaging
  • Use Kaizen to flow parts and drive down costs
  • Responsible for accurately completing paperwork relating to counts, scrap, time according to Company policy
