About The Position

This role is for a Production Line Lead responsible for overseeing production on the weekend shift, which runs from Friday to Sunday, 3:55 am to 4:05 pm. The lead will ensure daily production schedules are met, enforce safety and quality standards, and train general laborers.

Requirements

Ability to follow established safety rules and regulations
Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment
Ability to wear appropriate PPE at all times
Ability to follow GMP guidelines
Ability to inspect all goods for quality and defects
Ability to notify QC and/or management with deviations
Ability to setup machinery
Ability to ensure all materials are QC approved and readily available
Ability to follow and enforce all SOP’s & Work Instructions for filling, sanitation and operations
Ability to ensure all paperwork, Vorne, and whiteboards are filled out adequately and legible
Ability to effectively monitor production equipment
Ability to provide on the job training to general laborers on special instructions for individual job orders
Ability to notify management of any noticeable safety or maintenance issues immediately

Responsibilities

Carry out production based on daily schedule or specific duties given by management

Setup machinery and ensure all materials are QC approved and readily available

Ensure all paperwork, Vorne, and whiteboards are filled out adequately and legible
Effectively monitor production equipment
Responsible for “on the job training” to general laborers on “Special Instructions” for individual job orders
Notify management of any noticeable safety or maintenance issues immediately
