About The Position

Pursuit Aerospace is seeking a Flow Line Technician for their Eastford, CT location. This is a full-time role working from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time bases without sponsorship now or in the future. The Company cannot offer employment to visa holders who require employer sponsorship in the future or cannot work now on a full-time basis.
Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.

Responsibilities

Deburr, Countersink, Ream
Marking, Assembly
Bending, Blanking, Forming
Inspect own work using basic inspection equipment and quick-check gaging
Use Kaizen to flow parts and drive down costs
Responsible for accurately completing paperwork relating to counts, scrap, time according to Company policy
