Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to understand and follow instructions in English.
- Must be able to understand and interpret blueprints and sketches.
- Must have demonstrated mechanical ability.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future. The Company cannot offer employment to visa holders who require employer sponsorship in the future or cannot work now on a full-time basis.
- Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.
Nice To Haves
- Two years of work experience as a CNC operator.
Responsibilities
- Setting up and operating machines and related equipment where programs, fixtures, and methods have been developed.
- Perform all work in a safe manner, using appropriate PPE and following safety guidelines for the assigned task.
- Run all presses 2-ton to 100-ton
- Meet all standards on all operation’s sheets
- Perform visual inspection while running presses
- Inspect work for all dimensional features as required per standard work
- Produce quality and quantity of work in accordance with Company requirements
- Responsible for keeping a neat and clean work area at all times
- Responsible for all routing paperwork while running a job
- Follow all applicable AS9100 procedures
