About The Position
We are seeking a Flow Coordinator to join our distribution center team in Lebanon, TN. This first-shift role is critical to ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of product through the facility while supporting daily operational goals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a distribution, warehouse, or logistics environment preferred
- Proven ability to coordinate work, multitask, and prioritize in a fast‑paced setting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using warehouse systems and basic computer applications
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily workflow to ensure timely movement of product through assigned areas
- Monitor labor, productivity, and workflow to meet volume and service expectations
- Communicate priorities and assignments to team members and support staff
- Identify and resolve workflow issues, bottlenecks, and exceptions in real time
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
- Partner with supervisors and leadership to support continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist with training and coaching associates on standard operating procedures
