About The Position

The Flour Mill Sanitation Specialist role is a hands-on position responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety within the flour mill. Duties include cleaning inside bulk flour rail cars, sweeping and vacuuming floors, cleaning various plant areas, managing trash collection and removal, and assisting with routine facility maintenance. Specialists will be cross-trained for various tasks and are responsible for ensuring food safety.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to read, write, understand and follow written and/or verbal instructions in English
• Available to work overtime and weekends
• Professional demeanor (safety conscious, quality of job performance, cleanliness, and verbal communications)
• Able to pass a criminal background check
• Ability to wear PPE

Responsibilities
