The primary duties of this job will include assisting with the setting up, monitoring and adjusting of milling equipment to ensure maximum yield while also hitting production goals. Other duties will include, but are not limited to, maintenance of milling equipment, transferring of finished flour to storage and housekeeping. Areas of responsibility will include the flour mill and the cleaning house. As with most jobs at a flour mill, housekeeping will be an ongoing duty for this position. You are responsible for food safety.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Reliable transportation
Ability to read, write, understand and follow written and/or verbal instructions in English
Availability to work overtime and weekends
Professional demeanor (safety conscious, quality of job performance, cleanliness, and verbal communications)
Ability to pass a criminal background check

Responsibilities

Assisting with the setting up, monitoring and adjusting of milling equipment to ensure maximum yield while also hitting production goals.
Maintenance of milling equipment.
Transferring of finished flour to storage.
Housekeeping in the flour mill and cleaning house.
Ensuring food safety.
