About The Position

The primary duties of this job will include assisting with the setting up, monitoring and adjusting of milling equipment to ensure maximum yield while also hitting production goals. Other duties will include, but are not limited to, maintenance of milling equipment, transferring of finished flour to storage and housekeeping. Areas of responsibility will include the flour mill and the cleaning house. As with most jobs at a flour mill, housekeeping will be an ongoing duty for this position.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Reliable transportation
Able to read, write, understand and follow written and/or verbal instructions in English
Available to work overtime and weekends
Professional demeanor (safety conscious, quality of job performance, cleanliness, and verbal communications)
Able to pass a criminal background check
Required to wear PPE

Nice To Haves

Ability to work in tight and confined spaces
Ability to work at heights
Ability to frequently lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds and occasionally more
Ability to ascend/descend ladders
