About The Position

The primary duties of this job will be transferring flour from the mill to the load out area. This will include collecting and analyzing samples, completing all necessary paperwork, checking tailings, filling ingredient feeders, and regular cleaning and maintenance on the equipment used. As with most jobs at a flour mill, housekeeping will be an ongoing duty for this position. You are responsible for food safety.

Requirements

• PC Knowledge
• Able to learn in a hands-on training environment
• Comfortable using various hand tools
• Organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task
• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Able to read, write, understand and follow written and/or verbal instructions in English
• Available to work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed
• Professional demeanor (safety conscious, quality of job performance, cleanliness, and verbal communications)
• Able to pass a criminal background check
