About The Position

The Freelance Firm is a national network of experienced, high-level, freelance attorneys and paralegals who provide remote, on-demand support for both short-term and long-term legal projects for client law firms. Due to increased demand, they are interviewing for a qualified, experienced, and dedicated Florida Real Estate / HOA / Condo Litigation Paralegal. This is a remote, contract-based opportunity with expected hours of approximately 10–20 hours per week, with potential for additional hours.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal with direct experience in Florida real estate litigation matters
• Strong experience in handling HOA and condo association matters
• Experience with real estate litigation matters such as foreclosure, quiet title, eviction, and related disputes
• Strong drafting skills
• Experience supporting all phases of litigation
• Highly organized
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Handle HOA and condo association matters
• Handle real estate litigation matters such as foreclosure, quiet title, eviction, and related disputes
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence
• Support all phases of litigation, including discovery, filings, and case management
• Manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently
• Take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
• Support attorneys with day-to-day litigation needs
