About The Position
The Freelance Firm is a national network of experienced, high-level, freelance attorneys and paralegals who provide remote, on-demand support for both short-term and long-term legal projects for client law firms. Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced, and dedicated Florida Personal Injury Attorney to provide ongoing support on active cases. Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 10+ hours per week.
Requirements
- Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Florida.
- Minimum of 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience.
- Strong experience with motion practice, discovery, and case management.
- Ability to independently manage and move cases forward.
- Comfortable handling court appearances and litigation responsibilities if needed.
- Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
- Self-starter who can work independently.
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support on active cases.
- Handle motion practice, discovery, and case management.
- Manage and move cases forward independently.
- Handle court appearances and litigation responsibilities if needed.
- Draft legal documents.
- Conduct legal research.
- Analyze legal cases.
Benefits
