About The Position
Ft. Myers Academy (FMYA) is located in Fort Myers, Florida. We are a moderate risk, all-female program, contracted through the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice, which offers comprehensive care and treatment, specializing in evidence-based intensive mental health services. The academy offers qualified supervision hours. We are dedicated to providing high-quality care in a serene and supportive environment, designed to promote healing and recovery for individuals facing mental health challenges. With a focus on evidence-based practices, Ft. Myers Academy ensures that each client receives personalized, effective treatment tailored to their specific needs.
Requirements
- Possess a MA, MS or MSW.
- Licensed LMSW, LMFT, or LMHC.
- Prior Case Management experience required.
- Three years’ experience with juveniles.
- Prior substance abuse education, intervention and treatment services provided to juveniles (CAC II or CAC III preferred).

Responsibilities
- Developing, implementing, and overseeing case plans and treatment programs based on the needs of each student and the requirements of the placing agency.
- Providing individual, group, family, and case management services while ensuring the program meets therapeutic goals.
- Supervising group living staff, ensuring proper support for students.
- Maintaining accurate documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Contributing to the program's ongoing development.
