Requirements
- Active Florida Massage Therapy License (LMT) in good standing
- Experience performing Swedish, deep tissue, and other therapeutic massage modalities
- Strong interpersonal and client communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Commitment to ongoing education and staying current with industry techniques
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of therapeutic massage services including Swedish, deep tissue, and specialty treatments
- Conduct client intake consultations to assess needs and customize each session accordingly
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment room environment
- Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage therapy and recommend appropriate service frequencies
- Uphold professional standards and adhere to all Florida massage therapy regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with front desk staff to ensure a seamless and positive client experience
- Promote membership programs and retail products to enhance client wellness goals
