About The Position

As a Floral Designer, you create floral arrangements that bring customers’ visions for romance, celebrations, and remembrance to life. The role uses knowledge of floral design, seasonality, perishability, and care requirements. You maintain clean, organized workspaces and displays, replenish inventory, and arrange flowers and supplies with attention to detail. The work also involves lifting and moving floral products and supplies, sometimes up to 40 pounds, and using helium tanks and other floral tools. You engage with customers to understand their needs and work with fellow associates to support a positive team environment.

Requirements

• Experience in floral arrangement and design, with creativity and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with floral perishability, seasonality, and care requirements.
• Ability to engage with customers, identify their needs, and translate ideas into arrangements.
• Ability to maintain organized workspaces and manage inventory and supplies.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation and to stand and move throughout the day.
• Familiarity with floral tools, helium tanks, and basic point-of-sale systems.
• Willingness to collaborate with fellow associates.
