About The Position

As a Floral Designer, you create floral arrangements that bring customers’ visions for romance, celebrations, and remembrance to life. The role uses knowledge of floral seasonality, perishability, and care requirements. You maintain clean, organized workspaces and displays, replenish inventory, and arrange floral products and supplies. The work also involves lifting and moving products and supplies, often up to 40 pounds, and using helium tanks and other tools of the trade. You engage with customers to understand their needs and translate their ideas into arrangements, while working with fellow associates to support a positive team environment.

Requirements

• Experience in floral arrangement and design, with a strong creative eye and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with floral perishability, seasonality, and care requirements.
• Ability to engage with customers, identify their needs, and translate their ideas into floral arrangements.
• Ability to maintain clean, efficient workspaces and manage inventory and supplies.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation and to stand and move throughout the day.
• Familiarity with floral tools, helium tanks, and basic point-of-sale systems.
• Willingness to work with fellow associates and contribute to a positive team environment.
