About The Position

As a Floral Designer, you create floral arrangements that bring customers’ visions for romance, celebrations, and remembrance to life. The role uses knowledge of floral design, seasonality, perishability, and care requirements. You maintain clean and organized workspaces and displays, replenish inventory, and arrange floral products and supplies. The work also involves lifting and moving floral products and supplies, often up to 40 pounds, and using helium tanks and other tools. You provide customer service by understanding customers’ needs and translating their ideas into arrangements, while working with fellow associates as part of a team.

Requirements

• Experience in floral arrangement and design, with creativity and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with floral perishability, seasonality, and care requirements.
• Ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and translate their ideas into arrangements.
• Ability to maintain clean, efficient workspaces and manage inventory and supplies.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation and stand and move throughout the day.
• Familiarity with floral tools, helium tanks, and basic point-of-sale systems.
• Willingness to work with fellow associates as part of a team.
