About The Position

As a Floral Designer, you create floral arrangements that bring customers’ ideas for celebrations, romance, and remembrance to life. The role uses knowledge of floral design, seasonality, perishability, and care requirements. You maintain clean, organized workspaces and displays, replenish inventory, and arrange flowers and related materials. The work also involves lifting and moving floral products and supplies, sometimes weighing up to 40 lbs., and using helium tanks and other floral tools. You engage with customers to understand their needs and contribute to a positive team environment.

Requirements

• Experience in floral arrangement and design, with creativity and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with floral perishability, seasonality, and care requirements.
• Ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and translate their ideas into arrangements.
• Ability to maintain organized workspaces and manage inventory and supplies.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. with or without accommodation and to stand and move throughout the day.
• Familiarity with floral tools, helium tanks, and basic point-of-sale systems.
• Willingness to work with fellow associates as part of a team.
