About The Position

As a Floral Designer, you create floral arrangements that bring customers’ visions to life for occasions such as celebrations and remembrance. The role uses knowledge of floral design, seasonality, perishability, and care requirements. You maintain clean, organized workspaces and displays, replenish inventory, and handle floral products and supplies. The work also involves lifting and moving products, sometimes up to 40 pounds, and using floral tools and helium tanks. You engage with customers to understand their needs and translate their ideas into arrangements, while working with fellow associates to support a positive team environment.

Requirements

• Experience in floral arrangement and design, with creativity and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with floral perishability, seasonality, and care requirements.
• Ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and translate their ideas into arrangements.
• Ability to maintain clean, efficient workspaces and manage inventory and supplies.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, with or without accommodation, and to stand and move throughout the day.
• Familiarity with floral tools, helium tanks, and basic point-of-sale systems.
• Willingness to work with fellow associates and contribute to a positive team environment.
