About The Position
We are seeking a passionate part-time associates to help provide an extraordinary DLM Floral experience to our customers. This position requires someone with a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive outlook. Successful candidates must demonstrate team-building qualities and creative merchandising abilities. Schedule must be flexible to meet the needs of the business, especially during busy holiday weeks.
Requirements

- Effective communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Organization skills.
- 18 years old or older.
- Holiday and weekend schedule availability.
- Willingness to work a variety of shifts.
Nice To Haves
- Previous floral experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and help customers select flowers based on needs and taste.
- Create floral arrangements and merchandise displays to company standards.
- Maintain knowledge of flower and plant care.
- Help plan and execute busy holiday periods, including working extra hours (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc.)
- Perform other duties as assigned.
