About The Position

Brothers Floor Covering is hiring a Flooring Warehouse & Delivery Associate to deliver flooring materials to homes and job sites and help manage warehouse inventory. The role uses a company van for deliveries and includes checking orders against paperwork, confirming deliveries, receiving and organizing inventory, loading and unloading trucks, and picking up supplies and returns from vendors. Occasional basic computer or office tasks may also be required. Forklift training is provided.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have a safe driving record, with no major violations and a limited history of tickets or accidents.
• Must be reliable, courteous, and team oriented.
• Must have basic computer and smartphone skills.
• Must be able to lift and carry individual boxes and materials weighing up to 80 pounds.
• Must safely operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment; training is provided.
• Employment offer depends on passing a background check and drug screening and on a review of the driving record.
