About The Position

QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is hiring flooring crew members and forepersons. The successful candidate will demonstrate initiative, be a self-starter with professional integrity, and have a strong work ethic and competitive drive. The role involves installing polished concrete and hard-surface flooring systems while following health and safety requirements and meeting production targets. Candidates must be willing to travel and stay out of town, and be able to work overnights, weekends, and holidays.

QuestMark / CentiMark describes a positive work environment with challenging career opportunities. Compensation is $15–$25 per hour, dependent on experience, with an hourly bonus program paid by job. Forepersons receive a company truck and phone.

Requirements

• Commercial flooring experience is preferred.
• Willingness to travel and stay out of town.
• Ability to work overnights, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must obtain a respirator medical evaluation and pass a fit test.
