About The Position

QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is hiring flooring crew members and forepersons. QuestMark is a self-performing flooring contractor providing polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and exterior coatings for pedestrian and vehicle spaces in industrial, commercial, and retail markets. The successful candidate will demonstrate initiative, professional integrity, a strong work ethic, and competitive drive.

The role involves installing polished concrete and hard surface flooring systems while following health and safety rules, using equipment and materials properly, and meeting production targets. Candidates must be willing to travel and stay out of town, and be able to work overnight, weekend, and holiday schedules. Pay is $15–$25 per hour depending on experience. Forepersons receive a company truck and phone.

Requirements

• Willingness to travel and stay out of town.
• Ability to work overnights, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must obtain a respirator medical evaluation and pass a fit test.

• Commercial flooring experience is preferred.
