About The Position

QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is hiring for Flooring Crew and Foreman opportunities. QuestMark is a self-performing flooring contractor providing polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and exterior coatings for industrial, commercial, and retail spaces. The successful candidate will demonstrate initiative, professional integrity, a strong work ethic, and competitive drive. The role involves installing flooring systems and complying with safety requirements. Candidates must be willing to travel and stay out of town, and may need to work overnight, on weekends, and on holidays.

Requirements

• Be willing to travel and stay out of town.
• Be able to work overnights, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Obtain a respirator medical evaluation and pass a fit test.

• Commercial flooring experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install polished concrete and hard surface flooring systems.
• Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety rules and regulations.
• Use equipment and materials properly.
