About The Position
Vi at La Jolla Village is seeking a Floor Technician to join their highly accomplished housekeeping team. This role involves operating standard housekeeping equipment to perform routine carpet and hard surface floor restoration and maintenance in the community's common areas. The selected candidate will also be responsible for performing minor repairs and cleaning common areas of the community. Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in floor care, housekeeping, or janitorial work in a Hospitality, Healthcare, Environmental Services, or Senior Living Environment.
- Valid and current driver's license, where applicable.
- Demonstrated skill in operating and maintaining equipment.
- Knowledge of floor care procedures.
- Skill with chemical solution and dilution ratios.
Responsibilities
- Performing routine carpet and hard surface floor restoration and maintenance in the community's common areas.
- Performing minor repairs on an as needed basis.
- Cleans common areas of the community.
