About The Position

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented full-time Floor Technician to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and team members. The ideal candidate has hands-on floor care experience and takes pride in delivering excellent service through C.A.R.E. First—Compassionate Acts Reflecting Excellence.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• At least 2 years of Floor Technician experience required.
• Working knowledge of floor stripping, finishing, burnishing, and scrubbing.
• Experience with light carpet extraction, deep carpet extraction, and upholstery extraction.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Minimum experience: High school diploma or GED
• Two years of floor technician experience
• Knowledge of stripping and finishing, burnishing, scrubbing, light carpet extraction, deep carpet extraction, and upholstery extraction.

Responsibilities

• Strip, scrub, burnish, and apply finish to tile floors.
• Clean, vacuum, extract, and maintain carpeted areas as needed.
• Perform light and deep carpet extraction, including upholstery extraction.
• Remove trash and deliver dirty linens at least twice daily.
• Prepare and remove event setups.
• Maintain assigned equipment, supplies, and work areas in a safe and orderly condition.

• Perform other Floor Technician duties as assigned.
