About The Position
This position is for a Floor Care Technician at Scioto Services, a Marsden Holding Company. Requirements
- Must be 18 years old
- Experience and knowledge of operating different types of floor machines
- A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50lbs
- Ability to stand, bend and walk throughout an 8-hour shift
Responsibilities
- General Cleaning
- Scrubbing and buffing floors
- Strip and wax floors
- Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning
- Implementing and adhering to a comprehensive floor schedule
- Additional tasks as needed
