About The Position

Following established procedures, the Environmental Floor Technician operates a variety of electrical and battery-powered equipment to refinish and maintain tile floors and extract carpets. This role also involves assisting in the training of other employees on existing and new equipment, ensuring proper techniques and procedures pertinent to the job at hand.

Requirements

• Two (2) years of experience operating a variety of electrical and battery powered equipment and floor care/maintenance equipment.
• Availability to work on weekends, holidays and other shifts.
• Basic ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions in English.

Nice To Haves

• Successful L2 background screening for behavioral health facility access.
• Valid Driver's License (FDL)
