About The Position

Imperial Cleaning is seeking a Floor Technician/Floor Care Supervisor to complete daily cleaning and scheduled special projects within the tri-state area. The role includes commercial facility deep cleaning and other floor and building care tasks, along with training and recruiting cleaning staff and reporting hours to payroll. The successful candidate must be bilingual in English and Spanish, have a valid driver's license, and be at least 18 years old. A company van will be provided. Working hours must be flexible, and emergency night and weekend work may be required.

Requirements

Bilingual English and Spanish skills.
Valid driver's license.
At least 18 years of age.
Flexibility with working hours; emergency night and weekend work may be required.
Experience with commercial facility deep cleaning, construction cleanups, carpet extraction, floor stripping and waxing, buffing, pressure washing, window cleaning, high-low dusting, and general office cleaning.

Responsibilities

Complete daily cleaning and scheduled special projects.
Perform deep cleaning of commercial buildings and facilities.
Report deficiencies and safety hazards to management so they can be reported to the client.
Take before-and-after photos of work and submit daily reports to the regional team.
Perform construction cleanups, carpet extractions, floor stripping and waxing, floor buffing, pressure washing, window cleaning, high-low dusting, and general office cleaning.
Train and recruit cleaning staff.
Report hours to payroll.
