About The Position

Imperial Cleaning is seeking a Floor Technician/Floor Care Supervisor for cleaning assignments across the tri-state area and listed Florida locations. Requirements

• Bilingual English and Spanish skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience with deep cleaning of commercial buildings or facilities and the listed cleaning tasks.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Flexibility with working hours; emergency night and weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily cleaning and scheduled special projects.
• Perform deep cleaning of commercial buildings and facilities.
• Report deficiencies and safety hazards to management so they can be reported to the client.
• Take before-and-after photos of work and submit daily reports to the regional team.
• Complete construction cleanups, carpet extractions, floor stripping and waxing, floor buffing, pressure washing, window cleaning, high-low dusting, and general office cleaning.
• Train and recruit cleaning staff.
• Report hours to payroll.
• Drive to assigned locations using a company van.
