About The Position

Baptist Health is seeking a Floor Technician Finisher to join their Environmental Services team at Baptist Medical Center. This role is responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy environment for patients, visitors, and staff. The position utilizes state-of-the-art UV Disinfection Technology via UV Robotic Machines to break down germs before manual cleaning. The Floor Technician Finisher performs major floor cleaning and refreshing throughout the medical center, along with other Environmental Services-related tasks and heavier cleaning functions in assigned areas following established schedules and using prescribed methods. They will also maintain assigned equipment for cleanliness and recommend repairs as needed.

Requirements

• 3-5 Years Housekeeping Experience
• 1-2 years Floor Finishing Experience
• 1-2 years Hospital Experience

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma Preferred

Responsibilities

• Performs major floor cleaning and refreshing throughout the medical center.
• Performs all Environmental Services-related tasks.
