About The Position
Metz Culinary Management is hiring experienced Floor Technicians for Jewish Hospital. The role involves floor and carpet care, using and maintaining floor-care equipment, and collaborating with department members on projects and deep cleans. The listed shifts are first shift, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., and second shift, 3:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m. Pay is $16.00–$17.00 per hour, based on previous experience. Employment at this facility requires an applicable background check and drug screening. Requirements
- At least 2 years of previous Floor Tech experience.
- Pass the applicable background check and drug screening required for employment at the facility.
Responsibilities
- Run floor-care equipment.
- Scrub hard floors using auto scrubbers and low-speed floor machines.
- Extract and bonnet carpet stains.
- Strip and refinish floors using established processes and procedures.
- Maintain equipment in clean, organized, and operating condition.
- Participate in team meetings.
- Collaborate with other department members to complete projects and deep cleans.
- Perform other department tasks as assigned.
