We are hiring for Experienced Floor Techs in Smithfield, NC Must have at least 6 months or recent experience operating floor equipment. Such as a riding floor scrubber or a stand behind floor scrubber. Direct Hire, Full Time, 4-Day Work Week!!! Schedule: 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM Enjoy a four-day workweek with one required weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday). Flexibility to work either day is a plus! Pay: $16.50 per hour (Weekly Pay on Friday!) Weekly pay on Fridays! 4 days on 3 days off schedule! Full Time Work! We conduct 7-year background check and perform a drug test prior to employment. Requirements

At least 6 months of floor tech experience either on a riding floor scrubber or a stand behind floor scrubber
Demonstrate a commitment to service and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor
Possess patience, tact, enthusiasm as well as diplomacy when dealing with any person no matter the circumstances
Possess initiative and sound judgement in evaluating and reacting to situations
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in potential stressful and time sensitive situations
Possess good problem-solving skills with high attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize
Ability to work with minimum supervision, read/comprehend detailed instructions and process information with accuracy and clarity
Communicate effectively both verbally and written
Must be 18 years old
Must have reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

Previous janitorial related experience is desirable
