Under the direct supervision of a Senior member of the Dining Management team, the Floor Supervisor will oversee the operational duties that help ensure a memorable dining experience of assigned dining unit(s). Specifically, this position will support the daily supervision of staff, support on-the-job training efforts, monitor presentation and performance, as well as food safety, sanitation, and quality assurance items. Additionally, this position will regularly help support on-site client relations & elevated customer service interactions, which can often be sensitive, complex, or involve high-level university officials, prominent alumni, trustees, world leaders, and dignitaries that require a high level of security.
