Requirements

• Ability to read and understand the staff packet, Banquet Event Order and work order provided for each event.
• Ability to pull and deliver all required linen, skirting, and other heavy equipment required to set up catering event, such as chaffers, flatware, glassware, pans and props.

Responsibilities

• To manually set up, break down, and service all meeting rooms in accordance with Crescent high standards of quality.
• Perform preparatory tasks and side work duties to ensure that guests are served promptly and efficiently.
• Read and understand the staff packet, Banquet Event Order and work order provided for each event.
• Pull and deliver all required linen, skirting, and other heavy equipment required to set up catering event, such as chaffers, flatware, glassware, pans and props.
