About The Position

The Floor Maintenance Technician is responsible for the overall floor maintenance of hard surfaces and carpets in client buildings and facilities. This includes timely completion of floor care areas based on a schedule, proper care of floor machinery, the ability to anticipate and recommend floor care needs, and promoting a safe work environment. While some floor care experience is suggested, it is not required as training will be provided on proven processes. This role offers potential for career growth within the company.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Previous Floor Experience
Valid Driver's License and Clear MVR
Successful drug screening and background check, including ability to obtain a Government Clearance
Comply with social distancing requirements and safety guidelines.
Wear provided 4M apparel and personal protective equipment when necessary in accordance with position and OSHA requirements.
Reliable Transportation.
Willing to work and travel on a rotating schedule that includes weekends and evenings
