About The Position

The Floor Maintenance Technician performs overall floor maintenance of hard surfaces and carpets in client buildings and facilities. The role includes completing scheduled floor care areas on time, caring for floor machinery, anticipating and recommending floor care needs, and promoting a safe work environment. Some floor care experience is suggested but not required; training on the company’s processes is provided. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• No janitorial experience is required; training is provided.
• Must successfully complete a drug screening and background check.
• Must comply with social distancing requirements and safety guidelines.
• Must wear provided 4M apparel and personal protective equipment when necessary, in accordance with position and OSHA requirements.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Some floor care experience is suggested but not required.
