About The Position

Buck Mason is seeking a Floor Leader to take retail experience beyond a typical Stylist role through advanced product knowledge, excellent customer service, and leadership within the sales team. The Floor Leader helps foster a culture of excellence by setting a positive example, recognizing achievements, and contributing to an inclusive work environment. The role involves supporting store operations, customer and community relationships, and individual and team sales goals. Work occurs on a variable schedule that may include early mornings, mornings, afternoons, evenings, late nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation is $18–$26 per hour, plus commission of 2% of individual sales.

Requirements

1–3 years of retail experience.
Results-driven, with a focus on meeting targets and driving business growth.
Analytical thinking and the ability to use data to make decisions.
Relationship-building skills with customers, colleagues, and partners.
Problem-solving ability and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of store products, including new arrivals and best sellers.
Assist in delegating tasks and managing workflow during busy periods.
Assist with inventory management and handle transactions accurately.
Ensure the store is clean and organized.
Build relationships with customers and community partners as a Buck Mason brand ambassador.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Set a positive example, recognize achievements, and help create a positive and inclusive work environment.
