About The Position

Carlson Building Maintenance is hiring a Floor Care Technician in Woodbury, Minnesota, to help maintain a large retail facility and keep it clean, safe, and ready for customers. The role involves caring for hard floors and carpeted areas, operating floor care equipment, and performing general and restroom cleaning as needed. Hands-on training is provided; previous floor care experience is not required.

This position pays $16.00 per hour, with weekly pay every Friday. The schedule is 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM, 32 hours per week, across four workdays, with Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday off. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Operate floor scrubbers, buffers, extractors, and other floor care equipment.
• Maintain hard floor surfaces through scrubbing, buffing, stripping, and waxing.
• Vacuum, shampoo, bonnet, and extract carpeted areas.
• Perform general cleaning and restroom cleaning as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and equipment guidelines.
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment.
• Complete cleaning projects independently and efficiently.
