About The Position
Southern Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Company is seeking a Flood Customer Service Representative to join their team. This role offers a family-oriented work environment and a comprehensive benefits package. The representative will be responsible for providing quality customer service to customers and agents, handling complex inquiries about flood insurance policies, and modifying flood data in the Flood System as needed.
Requirements

- INS 21, 22, 23
Responsibilities
- Assist customers and Agents with complex questions regarding flood insurance policies.
- Provide rate quotes for increases in coverage on existing policies.
- Perform additional duties as required or requested by the Supervisor or Lead.
- May assist in training new staff members when and where required.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Regular and predictable attendance is required.
