About The Position

As a Floating Visit Nurse, you’ll see a wide range of patients, diagnoses, and care environments across the metro. This role expands your skill set by providing exposure to multiple patient populations and care settings, allowing for continuous learning without needing to change jobs. You will engage in 1:1 patient care, building real relationships and achieving real outcomes. This role is designed to build both clinical skill and confidence, making you a more adaptable, well-rounded RN.

Requirements

• Active Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Strong clinical judgment and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
• Adaptable and confident in new environments.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing visits in homes and community settings.
• Perform assessments, wound care, and medication management.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery.
• Adapt quickly to new territories and patient needs.
• Collaborate with RN Case Managers and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation.
