About The Position

Marshall Community Credit Union (MCCU) is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused full-time Floating Teller to serve our members. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional service, enjoy working with numbers and details, and are eager to grow in a supportive and community-driven organization, we want to hear from you! As a Floating Teller, you are one of the friendly faces our members count on. This position is based out of MCCU’s Battle Creek Branch, but as a floater, you may be asked to support any of our three branches (mileage included, of course). You will process transactions accurately, assist with account questions, and help members understand the products and services that best fit their needs. From deposits and withdrawals to answering questions about financial options, you play a key role in making every visit smooth, helpful, and genuinely welcoming.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in customer service and cash handling is required
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

Prior banking or credit union experience is strongly preferred
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply (with additional compensation available!)
