Requirements

Customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or similar welcome)
Comfort with basic computers and technology
A natural communicator who enjoys working with people
Reliable transportation to travel between branches

Nice To Haves

Cash handling experience is a plus, but not required
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

Greet members and handle transactions with speed and accuracy
Listen to what members need and recommend the right solutions
Resolve concerns with patience, empathy, and a calm attitude
Balance your transactions and keep accurate records
Collaborate with teammates across branches and departments
Adjust smoothly to each branch's rhythm and team
